At Gibson Stainless, everything is about quality and customer service, even down to our packaging and shipping.

Every product is individually packaged and labeled. Our boxes have wrap-around labels to easily indicate the product from the top or side when stocked on a shelf. All items are shipped in an outer box for protection during shipment.

Our conduit ships in wooden crates, built custom for each order, with a wooden lid. Crating helps provide protection during shipment as well as provide storage onsite.

Gibson Stainless prides itself on quick delivery from a large inventory. Tracking our fulfillment rates is part of how we measure our performance. We average a complete order fulfillment rate of over 90% within 24 hours, the majority of which ship same day.

Gibson Stainless utilizes carriers that have a reputation for quick delivery.
